This book goes deep into the world of human trafficking. Ernie Pratt, the main character keeps the subject from being too heavy. From start to finish I was on the edge of my seat.

A witty, humorous, and quirky light mystery. A young female protagonist tries a new career as a private detective taking you across Southwest Florida from the fishing villages off the Gulf shore, through Fort Myers, the Everglades, Miami, and back. She deals with contemporary problems of human trafficking, drugs, auto fraud, murder, and finding birth parents. Woven in is a romance and friendships in the Miccosukee tribe of Florida. A very enjoyable fast easy read.
